Sanare Lab LTD presents itself as a UK-based company selling high-purity fenbendazole capsules to the US market since 2020.
The reality behind that presentation is more layered.
The company is owned and directed by a Ukrainian national operating from Kyiv, registered at a virtual London address, shipping from an unnamed US facility, and running its digital operations through a marketing agency under the same legal name in Ukraine.
The product does have a genuine independent COA from a verifiable US laboratory. That matters.
What doesn’t hold as well is the documentation around it. The company provides three different answers about what the capsules contain, advertises a purity figure that does not match the most recent COA, and describes testing scope in ways that go beyond what the available documentation actually shows.

The company’s actual operating base appears to be in Kyiv, Ukraine.
A second website, sanare-lab.com, operates under the same legal name, SANARE LAB LTD.
Describes itself as a digital marketing agency.

Companies House records ↗ show three directors across the company’s history, all Ukrainian nationals.
Vladyslav Bratsylo founded the company in July 2020 and served as director until March 2023.
Taras Hereliuk, also Ukrainian but residing in England, was appointed the same day Bratsylo resigned.
He served exactly four months, then resigned in July 2023, when Bratsylo was reappointed.
No explanation for this rotation has been published.
That is likely the real operational location behind the wider Sanare setup.
By its own description, the company has been in digital marketing for more than ten years. The fenbendazole business, launched in 2020, looks very much like an e-commerce layer built on top of that existing infrastructure.

To its credit, Sanare Lab does name its testing laboratories when asked. That is a real transparency step and more than most competitors provide.
It just doesn’t fully offset the way the operation is presented versus how it is actually structured.
Testing frequency is also inconsistent.

The COA provided on request, issued by Harken Research in Los Angeles, shows a result of 98.049% for raw powder batch FB/1-2025, tested on 18 March 2025 and signed by Lab Director Josh Snyder.
The laboratory is real. The document structure is solid. That part holds up.
The issue is the gap between the claim and the documentation.
The result is 98.049%, not 99.9%. The company also publicly stated in August 2024 that testing confirmed 99.9% purity. The most recent COA shows otherwise.
It’s not a catastrophic difference, 98% is a perfectly respectable result. But it is still a mismatch, and it is not explained.
There is also a scope problem.
